Akipa Web Player Legal Notice, Copyright & Terms DisclaimerBYOC Model

Legal Disclaimer & Bring Your Own Content (BYOC) Policy

Akipa Web Player is strictly a media player and playlist management tool. It does not host, store, stream, or retransmit any television broadcasts, video content, or media files on its servers.

🌐

Sample and Test Content

All default playlists provided on this platform are dynamically compiled from public, open-source GitHub repositories (iptv-org and Free-TV/IPTV). These links are provided solely to test unencrypted, legal, free-to-air (FAST/FTA) public broadcasts and evaluate our player tools. Akipa does not control the uptime or contents of these third-party streams.

👤

User Responsibility (BYOC)

Our architecture operates on the "Bring Your Own Content" (BYOC) model. The legal responsibility for any custom playlists, streams, or credentials (M3U, Xtream API, etc.) loaded into the player rests entirely with the user. Akipa Web Player cannot be held liable for the copyright status of user-supplied streams.

🛡️

Copyright and Content Takedown

Copyright owners wishing to submit content removal requests regarding default public lists must contact the stream origin or the respective open-source GitHub projects (iptv-org / Free-TV). Akipa cannot technically remove external content that it neither hosts nor broadcasts.
